I'm in Osaka, on Japan time. I usually reply within a few hours — if I'm asleep when your message lands, it will be waiting for me when I wake up.
Write in whatever language is easiest for you — Chinese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Spanish, anything. I will read it and reply in your language. There is no need to switch to English.

Park admission itself is separate and easy to buy yourself. What I help with is everything on top of it that is limited, timed, or confusing.
That is fine — most people are not. Describe your trip, who is coming and what you would hate to miss, and I will work it out with you.
There are more than 30 versions and they do not all include the same things. Some include Super Nintendo World entry; others costing about the same include none of it. Choosing the wrong one is the most common and most expensive mistake visitors make.
Getting in usually needs a timed entry ticket on top of park admission, and it can be gone early in the day. There are several ways in and they are not equally reliable on every date — tell me your date and I will tell you which one actually works.
Unlike Orlando or Hollywood, Halloween Horror Nights is included in park admission — there is no separate event ticket. The popular indoor mazes use free same-day tickets in the park's app, and they can run out early. What costs extra: the Halloween Express Pass — Saturdays and late October go first — and one R-18 attraction. Universal Cool Japan events sell their own separate tickets each year.
Guided tours that skip the queues, from roughly ¥29,000–40,000 per person. I can book one for you — and I will also tell you honestly when a cheaper combination would get you most of the same day.
The ONE PIECE Premier Show, Sanji's Pirate Restaurant and the Detective Conan Mystery Restaurant are ticketed separately with assigned seats, and a whole month can sell out in minutes. I know these well, including which seats are genuinely worth having.
Things people most often ask me about
When something is sold out, seats still come back — other guests cancel, and those seats return to the official site. They appear without warning and disappear within seconds. Catching them means watching from Japan, at Japanese hours. That is what I do.
I can't promise a ticket. Be careful if someone says they can. What I can promise is this: I'll watch for cancellations and let you know if I find an option for your dates.
If you pay by card, you're charged only after I book your ticket. If you pay in advance by PayPal and I can't book it, I refund your full payment. No result, no cost.

Yes. I am in Japan and I book on your behalf, in your name. The park's own site is Japanese-language and expects Japanese payment methods, which is where most overseas visitors get stuck. That is the part I take over.

Tell me your date and what you actually want to ride, and I will tell you which one is right — even if you then buy it yourself.
Usually you need an area timed entry ticket in addition to park admission, and on busy days these run out early. Some Express Passes include entry, and a VIP tour includes it too. Which route works depends on your date, so ask me before you buy anything.

Yours. It carries your name from the moment it is created. For tickets that check identification at the door, you simply give your name and show your passport — there is nothing to collect from me on the day.
Asking is free. I'll tell you the full price, including the tickets and my fee, before you decide. You don't have to book.
As early as you can, but late is still worth trying. Some things sell out months ahead; others only become available when somebody cancels the week before. The more flexible your dates and times, the more I can do.
I book in your name and send you the booking confirmation. You pay by card or PayPal and have a record of your payment. If there is a payment problem, you can contact your card provider or PayPal. I never ask for bank transfers, gift cards or cryptocurrency.
Only what the booking form itself asks for — your name exactly as it appears on your passport, and a contact address. I do not need a photo of your passport, and I do not need any of it until there is actually something to book. Until then, just tell me your dates.
Any language is fine. You do not need to write in English.
